Queen of Hearts Results
June 22, 2016 – Week 4
The 10 of spades (card #13) was drawn at our weekly Queen of Hearts event on June 22. (See attachment.) Since the Queen of Hearts was not drawn, the total jackpot now stands at $3,425.00! The jackpot rolls over and will continue to grow daily so please stop by Mackeys Pub, located at 143rd and John Humphrey Drive in Orland Park to support this great business and our weekly fundraiser for DPF. They offer great food with lunch and dinner specials daily. The profits from the Queen of Hearts are shared with the Orland Park Veterans Commission.
Mackey’s staff sells raffle tickets for us throughout the week, so please feel free to send the above attachment to your friends and help us promote this event. After the core DPF and Veterans Commission group feels comfortable with the process of this weekly event, we’d like for you to take a turn at Mackey’s occasionally. If you arrive at Mackey’s at 6:00pm, you’ll be out by 8:15pm as the winning ticket is drawn at 8:00pm. The time flies by as people stop to buy raffle tickets and talk to us a little about what the DPF and Veterans Commission does in the community to help veterans.
The DPF annual golf outing is next Wednesday, June 29, but a couple of our board members have volunteered to work at Mackey’s following the outing. Please think about stopping by any Wednesday beginning on July 6th to see what our organization is doing in the community. Questions: John LaFlamboy 708-638-8577 or Phil Bell 708-860-2355.
